A Solon Company is seeking a temp to hire a weekend RFID Machine Tech!
2nd Shift
7pm-7am
Friday Saturday Sunday
$20-24/hr
Job Description: Perform manufacturing processes in RFID inlay/tag & embeddable RFID tag production and testing. Employees will master a specific area & then become cross-trained in additional areas as needed to meet production schedule demands.
Essential Job Functions:
Assembly of different RF components
Small equipment processing of components
Inspection while assuring products meet specifications
RFID Assembly: Operation, set-up, & routine preventative maintenance of automated roll-to-roll manufacturing line
Conduct testing to assure RF performance
Operation & set-up of assembly equipment
Performance and characterization testing of microelectronic parts
Assembly of parts manually & with use of fixtures
Solder & assembly of components onto PCBs, hand soldering, & inspection
Surface Mount (SMT) & placement of components onto PCBs
Operation of reel-to-reel equipment including setups & changeovers
Minor troubleshooting of equipment
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Skilled in the use of a wide variety of tools and test equipment.
Cleanroom experience (preferred)
Familiarity with RFID
Capable of microscope utilization
Associate degree in a technical discipline (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Superior organization and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office products
Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED
2 to 5 years of experience in equipment setup, electronics, roll to roll and manufacturing
Computer literate
