**Job Description:**
Mancan, in partnership with a client in Wooster, is seeking an Experienced Locksmith to join a dynamic team. If you enjoy working for a small company, are a dedicated hard worker, and have a passion for fixing and tinkering, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The position is a direct hire, and the selection will be based on the candidate's attitude, attendance, and performance.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Key Cutting:** Proficient in cutting keys for various types of locks.
2. **Lock Rekeying:** Ability to rekey locks to enhance security.
3. **Door Maintenance:** Skilled in rehanging doors to ensure proper functionality.
4. **Electronic Access Installation:** Experience in installing electronic access systems for enhanced security measures.
5. **Door Hardware Installation:** Knowledgeable in installing various door hardware components.
6. **Tool Proficiency:** Comfortable working with a grinder, drill, and basic hand tools.
7. **Physical Requirements:** Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
8. **On-call Duty:** Must be available for on-call duty for one week per month to address emergency locksmith needs.
9. **Adaptability:** Willingness to perform any other duties as assigned by the employer.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a locksmith.
- Proficient in using locksmith tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Availability for on-call duty as required.
- Excellent attitude, attendance, and performance.
