7:30a-4:30p Monday-Thursday
7:30a-2p Friday
$17-$18/hr
**This position requires at least 5 years of experience working in fast-paced Fulfillment/Shipping/Receiving operations (warehousing, logistics or distribution) with some level of leadership responsibility.***
The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily activities to ensure the fulfillment operation runs efficiently and meets all service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics. They provide coaching to associates, ensuring performance and quality standards are met. The role also involves ensuring compliance with training requirements and working under pressure to meet deadlines. The Operations Supervisor delegates tasks and takes responsibility for the deliverables of others, while conserving resources to accomplish job results.
Requirements:
PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of mid-size warehouse management systems
Ability to operate heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid Driver's License with less than 2 points
