Position: PART TIME- Customer Feedback Collector 25-30 Hrs. A week
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through high-volume outbound calls to gather invaluable feedback.
- Showcase exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences effectively.
- Master the art of asking insightful follow-up questions to deepen customer insights.
- Document conversations accurately and efficiently using cutting-edge digital survey software.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in making outbound calls to external customers is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to listen attentively and document conversations seamlessly during client interactions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and effective communication.
