**Position Available: Skilled Welder/Fabricator**
**Location:** Mentor, OH
**Shift:** First Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (with potential for overtime)
**Salary Range:** $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
**Experience Level:** Minimum of 5 years
**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Fabricate and fit projects based on blueprints
- Assist in developing manufacturing plans
- Read, interpret, and apply blueprints accurately
- Perform welding using MIG, Stick, and TIG techniques
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Demonstrate a high level of pride and meticulousness in work
- Uphold a positive work ethic with reliable attendance
- Possess reliable transportation (valid driver's license and current vehicle)

**Requirements:**
- 5 years of welding experience with expertise in fabricating and fitting per blueprints
- Ownership of appropriate tools for fitting and fabricating tasks
- Ability to work an 8 to 10-hour day shift with potential overtime
- Commitment to in-person work and a flexible schedule
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to safety protocols
