Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as an LPN.
Responsibilities:
We provide residential and day services for people with developmental disabilities. Our employees are focused on helping the people we serve live healthy and quality lives. The LPN plays a key role in what we do. The LPN provides individualized nursing care to each resident based upon the residents’ specific needs and follows all applicable regulations to ensure confidentiality of resident records. As an LPN, you will be responsible for giving medications, treatments, taking phone orders, ensuring resident care orders are being met, and visiting units daily to observe and evaluate residents’ physical and emotional status.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time position 530pm-530am days will vary.
Pay rate - $28.70 hour.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current LPN License for the State of Ohio
