Marietta Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency is excited to offer an entry-level career opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base in a brand new territory. You will spend approximately 4/5 days a week on the road, engaging with potential customers, and dedicating 1 day in the office for administrative tasks and planning.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8-5.
Pay starts at $14.00/hr. plus monthly commission bonuses offered right away!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Territory Development: Take ownership of a brand new territory and strategically plan to gain new customers and increase sales revenue.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our company products to potential customers.
3. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and convert leads into loyal clients to achieve sales targets.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their applications, and how they can meet the specific needs of potential customers.
5. Driving Sales: Proactively drive the company vehicle to visit various sites and meet with potential clients, presenting the value proposition and negotiating sales agreements.
6. Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the territory, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
9. Office Day Responsibilities: Utilize office days for administrative tasks, planning sales activities, and collaborating with the sales team and management.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is not mandatory but considered a bonus.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers and build rapport.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a sales-driven environment.
- Time management and organizational skills to balance on-road sales activities and office responsibilities effectively.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed sales targeta
