Job Description:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Mancan is collaborating with a reputable company in Wooster to fill the position of Production Worker. This role offers the potential for either temporary-to-permanent or long-term employment for the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform and expedite workflow on CNC Router.
2. Operate both semi-automatic and automatic paint booths.
3. Utilize manual spray guns for painting tasks.
4. Operate various machines as required for production.
5. Rack and unrack products efficiently.
6. Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
7. Pack skids and maintain accurate completion logs.
8. Participate in screen printing and digital printing activities.
9. Engage in assembly tasks as needed.
10. Assist in loading and unloading activities.
Additional Responsibilities (May include but not limited to):
1. Cross-training in various areas of production.
2. Conducting spray painting tasks when necessary.
3. Gluing products to sample boards for display purposes.
4. Organizing product kits to streamline production processes.
5. Boxing and packing skids for shipment.
6. Maintaining work logs and inventories as required.
7. Demonstrating high attention to detail and manual dexterity in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery safely.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
