Position Details:
Location: St. Clairsville, Ohio area
Pay: Based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
Responsibilities:
Performing routine maintenance at an apartment complex
Conducting standard repairs
Running to the local hardware store for supplies
Requirements:
Reliability and good attendance are essential
Willingness to get dirty while performing maintenance tasks
Experience in building maintenance is preferred
