This is your chance to become a Production Worker and train into a specialized role. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering a competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour with weekly pay. 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Monday to Friday.
*Position Overview:*
As a Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to learn and excel in a specialty position within a reputable HVAC damper manufacturer. Join our team of hardworking professionals and contribute to the production of high-quality products.
*Responsibilities:*
- *Machine Operation:* Engage in machine operation tasks to support the production process.
- *Assembly-Type Functions:* Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools.
- *Physical Abilities:* Be capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and performing bending, twisting, pulling, grasping, and gripping tasks.
- *Manual Bending:* Execute manual bending tasks to create precise components.
- **Tool Usage:** Utilize pop rivet guns and other tools required for production tasks.
- *Specialized Work:* Collaborate with the specialty department to fulfill specific production needs.
- *Adherence to Safety Guidelines:* Follow safety guidelines and directions to ensure a secure work environment.
- *Mechanical Inclination:* Utilize your mechanical inclination to accurately perform tasks and use tools effectively.
- *Attendance and Work Ethic:* Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to work hard and overtime as needed.
- *Previous Manufacturing Experience:* Leverage your previous manufacturing production experience to excel in your role.
- *Measurement Reading:* Possess the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
*Qualifications:*
- *Great Work Ethic:* Embrace a strong work ethic and excellent attendance track record.
- *Pre-Employment Screening:* Be willing to submit to pre-employment drug testing and a background check.
*Working Hours:*
Choose from two shift options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM
**Compensation:**
Benefit from a competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour with weekly pay.
