We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to spearhead all aspects of our establishment. Your role will encompass delivering a top-tier menu and inspiring our team to deliver unparalleled customer service. As Restaurant Manager, your duties will revolve around maintaining our revenue, profitability, and quality objectives. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, while upholding lofty production, productivity, and service standards.
Success in this role hinges on your adept management skills and proficiency across both front and back of house operations. Your expertise will extend to overseeing the dining area, engaging with patrons, and optimizing seating arrangements.
Experience in back of house management is equally vital, as you'll be tasked with recruiting skilled Cooks and Wait Staff, crafting work schedules, supervising food preparation, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Leading by example and bolstering our team's morale during peak periods in our fast-paced environment will be paramount. Ultimately, your stewardship will guarantee seamless restaurant functioning and unforgettable dining experiences for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations for both Front of House and Back of House restaurant functions
• Deliver unparalleled service to elevate customer satisfaction to new heights
• Swiftly and accurately address customer concerns and complaints
• Conduct routine evaluations of product quality and explore new vendor opportunities
• Organize and oversee shifts to optimize efficiency
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity
• Forecast future requirements for supplies, kitchen equipment, and cleaning essentials
• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards
• Cultivate and uphold the restaurant's esteemed reputation, proposing strategies for enhancement
• Manage operational expenses and identify strategies for waste reduction
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenditures
• Actively promote the brand within the local community through grassroots efforts and restaurant-hosted events
• Recommend innovative approaches to broaden our audience reach, such as promotional offers and social media campaigns
• Train both new hires and existing team members on exemplary customer service techniques
• Implement robust policies and procedures to safeguard future restaurant operations

Requirements:
• Proven track record in roles such as Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar positions
• Demonstrated managerial experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Profound knowledge of food and beverage (F&B) offerings, with the ability to impart menu details to customers and staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, particularly Toast
• Exceptional leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial management practices
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in hospitality management or culinary arts are advantageous
