As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by assisting with orders, providing product information, and upselling to maximize customer satisfaction. This position demands individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
Upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Operating computer systems and registers to process orders and transactions accurately.
Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely customer service.
Performing basic mathematical calculations to provide accurate quotes and prepare orders.
Adhering to the company's policies and procedures to uphold service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.


Basic Requirements:
Regular and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and additional hours as necessary.
Proficiency in basic math and computer skills, with the ability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
Strong listening skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing, lifting, bending, and exposure to environmental factors such as loud noises, temperature variations, and dust.


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
Familiarity with landscaping products and services.
Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume setting.
