**Position Overview:**
As an Inside and Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for both inside sales activities, such as generating leads and managing accounts, as well as outside sales efforts, including conducting sales calls and representing our company at trade shows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct inside and outside sales activities to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate and attend trade shows and industry events to promote our brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel via air or car for sales calls and trade shows.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and represent our company with integrity.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
