The Process Technician I is a skilled position within our production departments. The person appointed will be expected to maintain and improve the safety and quality of the facility by executing a predetermined plan. Excellent communication and active listening skills are needed to be able to coordinate strategy with the management team.

Essential Job Functions
Daily paperwork
•
Processing ingredients
•
Testing of products
•
Calibrate scales
•
Maintain & update documentation
•
Cleaning of machines daily
•Maintain GMP Policy (Hand washing, clothing, hair nets, beard guards, etc)
•Monitor automated washing procedure
•Maintaining cleaning log
•Chemical sampling
•Performing Preventative Maintenance
•Inspection of equipment
•Review prior shift reports
•Food Safety is everyone’s job.
•As part of the Minerva Dairy Team you will be expected to support the operations in food safety programs such as washing your hands, wearing clean uniforms, eating in designated areas, and arriving to work in good health and hygiene.
