Mancan has teamed up with a Company in the Girard Area. We are seeking to hire a mechanically inclined individual to set up and operate a variety of Cold Heading Machines. Ideal candidates have previous experience setting up and operating more complex Cold Heading Machines, like Double Blow Machines, 2-Die/3-Blows, as well as a 5-Die/5-Blow Machine.
The company provides made-to-order custom fasteners while maintaining strict quality, customer service and on-time delivery standards. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015.
The successful candidate will set up and run multiple machines simultaneously. They read and refer to blueprints for machine set-up and part specifications. They inspect the quality and condition of parts and tooling. Successful candidates effectively troubleshoot problems, offer solutions and collaborate with Engineering and Management.
This is a Direct Hire position!! Benefits are as follows!
• Competitive hourly wages / $18.00-24.00 per hour
