Job Description:
Seeking an experienced SQF Practitioner to join our team. As we expand our operations and pursue SQF certification, need a dedicated individual to lead the implementation and management of our SQF program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and implement SQF programs in accordance with certification requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the SQF program, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to SQF standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SQF requirements into existing processes and procedures.
- Train and educate staff on SQF standards and procedures to promote a culture of food safety and quality.
Requirements:
- SQF Practitioner certification is required.
- Proven experience in writing, implementing, and managing SQF programs within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
