Mancan Professional Temporary Staffing Employment Agency is assisting a local compnay looking for a Saturday Receptionist
Saturday 8am-5pm. $16.00 per hour
Duties will include:
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate party, and page staff as needed.
Notify personnel of visitor arrivals
Informs and directs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Process sales transactions
Accept payments of cash, check, credit cards, etc, as well as calculate and return change accurately to the customer
Reconcile daily cash drawer and sales receipts
Sort and distribute daily mail
Scan various company documents and file accordingly.
