Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly of metal components, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
Operate various machines and equipment used in the fabrication process, following safety guidelines at all times.
Perform grinding and finishing tasks to achieve the desired product specifications.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.
Follow established procedures and instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in all tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in assembly, machine operation, or grinding will be highly advantageous.
Ability to work alternating 1st and 2nd shifts weekly (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
Physically capable of handling manual labor and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Excellent team player with effective communication skills.
