**Job Description:**
Mancan, a leading employment agency, is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual for a Customer Service Representative position in Wooster, OH. This role offers the opportunity for a temp-to-hire arrangement for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Order Processing:** Handle order entry and customer service tasks in a manufacturing setting.
- **Communication:** Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system from various stakeholders including customers, employees, vendors, and suppliers.
- **Shipping Expertise:** Utilize previous experience with shipping, including LTL and small package shipping.
- **Documentation:** Maintain control and integrity of critical plant documentation.
- **Invoicing:** Invoice customers for orders.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience with shipping, order entry, and customer service in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in computer usage, with a preference for Excel knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Previous experience handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.

- This is not a remote or at-home position; work is performed in the office.
