### Job Opportunity: 2nd Shift Worker

**Job Description:**
The Thermoforming packer position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask. This position requires a working knowledge of quality requirements and packing specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working safe and following all food safe practices and plant rules
• Understand and utilize the quick start guides.
• Ability to stop machine in case of quality or emergency situations.
• Understanding the quality standards of the SKU running (critical characteristics)
• Spot checking finished parts for form and quality
• Understand packaging requirements for SKU being packed.
• Understanding part counts per box and accurately packing to these counts
• Understanding stack counts and how it correlates to part counts to be boxed.
• Understanding of thermoforming scrap process
• Proper label placement
• Correct procedure for taping boxes
• Correct box quantities per pallet and box placement
• understanding pallet quality standards
• wrap finished pallets correctly.
• Ability to cut rewind.
Complete with accuracy all documentation:
• communicate downtime on machine running.
• Complete scrap tags accurately and understanding scrap process.
Assisting where needed and or directed by Thermo Shift Leader (TSL):
• Assisting in breaks
• Making boxes
• Wrapping of finished pallets
• Spot checking finished parts for form and quality
