Shift: 3rd Shift | Schedule: Mon-Thu, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour | Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
Join a leading rubber company as a Rubber Extrusion Helper! You’ll assist with setup, part inspection, and proper packaging to ensure smooth production operations.
Essential Duties
- Assist with the setup and teardown of extruders.
- Ensure the correct raw materials are loaded on the line.
- Feed rubber into extruders.
- Assemble required boxes and package parts according to Work Ticket specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following housekeeping guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Physical Abilities:
- Stand for 1-8 hours per day.
- Lift and handle materials weighing 1-35 lbs.
