Mancan Staffing in Northfield is looking for a go-getter to jump into a Junior Recruiting/Staffing Specialist role!

✨ Position Highlights:
$17/hour starting pay (and raises once hired!)
8-5 Tues through Thurs until fill time then full time hours Monday–Friday
Temp-to-Hire — this is NOT just another "temp job"!
Weekly pay

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Screening and interviewing awesome candidates
Running background checks and checking references
Helping complete new hire paperwork
Managing job posts and keeping candidate files organized
Answering phones, assisting visitors, and jumping in where needed
Supporting our amazing staffing manager
Making a BIG impact on people's careers every day!
🧩 You’re a Fit If You:
Have office experience (or recruiting/customer service experience)
Bar tenders, wait staff, and other service oriented people do well in this job providing they have good computer skills. Previous selling in a job like Insurance sales is also a good background to have. Work retail and have to upsell? Another great work history that fits with the pace. But no holidays to work!
Know your way around a computer (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Communicate like a pro — both on the phone and in person
Love helping people and staying organized
