Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour
Shifts: Three shifts available, with overtime as needed (including possible 12-hour days). Weekend work is rare but may be required in special circumstances.
Job Overview:
We are seeking mechanically inclined candidates to join our team as Oil Processing & Lab Technicians. This role requires learning and performing both rig and lab operations, ensuring the efficiency of our oil processing system. Candidates must have a strong understanding of tools, mechanical troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oil Operations:
• Operate and maintain oil processing equipment, including pumps, dehydration units, and filtration systems.
• Fill and empty large filter containers.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and part replacements as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Lab Operations:
• Conduct oil testing using specialized lab equipment.
• Assist in all aspects of rig operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow lab procedures.
Requirements:
✔ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
✔ Ability to learn and apply new skills through ongoing training.
✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including potential 12-hour days and occasional weekends.
✔ Ability to lift/move equipment as required for the job.
