HVAC Technician Helper

Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Cleveland who is looking for highly motivated HVAC/Air Duct cleaning technicians! This is a 1st shift position 8am-5pm and the starting pay is based on experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for traveling to commercial and residential properties to clean and maintain air duct systems, ensuring optimal air quality and system performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred.
Experience with HVAC systems and duct cleaning.
Strong understanding of safety practices and use of personal protective equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage travel schedule effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to thorough work.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver in tight spaces.
Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including high places and confined spaces.
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
