Mancan in Northfield is assisting a local company who is looking for skilled Fabricators. This will be a 1st shift position 6am-6pm Monday-Friday so you MUST be able to work overtime. Pay will be based on experience.
Successful candidates must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions:
• 2+ years fabricating experience
• High School Diploma or GED, 2-4 year degree or training preferred but not required.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blue prints
• Good math and problem solving skills
• Highly mechanically inclined
• MiG welding experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge and ability to run and operate supporting equipment such as: Shears, Drill press, cut off saw and various hand tools.
• Punctual and dependable
• Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
• Open to instruction
• The successful candidate should have a willingness to learn and advance.
