Job Title: Casting Department Laborer
Location: Sebring Area
Shift: 1st Shift Hourly Rate: $18.84 per hour
Job Description:
A reputable company located in the Sebring area is currently seeking candidates to join their casting department as Laborers. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and has the potential to lead to a permanent position with an attractive benefits package. The ideal candidates will be motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing various physical labor duties.
Responsibilities:
+Participate in the production of mold processes, including operating machinery, removing and inspecting products, and placing them onto racks.
+Lift, reach, stack, and package materials as required by the production process.
+Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of products meets company standards.
+Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing steel-toed shoes to ensure a safe working environment.
+Engage in continuous movement, which may involve bending, twisting, and prolonged standing.
+Participate in training programs to enhance skills and contribute to personal and professional growth within the company.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required. *Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
*Ability to lift and move materials as needed during the production process.
*Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
*Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
*Comfortable with continuous movement, bending, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
*Must possess steel-toed shoes to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
