Warehouse Manager

Mancan is working with a company in Millersburg seeking a warehouse manager. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Pay is based on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm.
This role is critical in coordinating production, packaging, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate and timely fulfillment and delivery of all wholesale orders.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of production, packaging, and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of in-process and finished goods to ensure efficient flow and minimal waste.
- Develop and manage production schedules and packing lists for production, packaging, and consumer repackaging departments.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of material handlers, including order picking, staging, loading, and securing of goods.
- Supervise the rotation of stock and implement loss prevention strategies.
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and production demands, adjusting plans accordingly to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure warehouse processes comply with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar logistics role.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
