General Laborer

Mancan is working with a company in Millersburg seeking general laborers for a 4 week project. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm. Pay is $16.50 per hour.
This hands-on role involves pulling orders, stacking lumber, sanding wood, loading/unloading trucks, and assembling doors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare lumber orders for shipment or production
- Stack and organize lumber products safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques or equipment
- Sand wood surfaces to prepare for finishing
- Assist with the assembly of wooden doors and related components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
