A growing company in Apple Creek is looking for a dedicated **Quality Technician** to join their team on **second shift (3:00pm–11:30pm)** with **overtime as needed**. This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with a **starting pay of $18/hr**!
This role plays a key part in ensuring high standards of product quality and documentation. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, verifying label accuracy, monitoring color quality, and supporting production compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

🔧 *Previous manufacturing experience preferred*
🎓 *High school diploma or equivalent required*
