HVAC Installer

Mancan is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the heating and cooling industry. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling installations. This position requires individuals to bring their own tools and have a clean driving record, as you will be operating company vehicles once hired in permanently. This position offers a Monday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm schedule, and a competitive pay based on experience, starting at $18.00.
Responsibilities:
• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Ensure installations are completed according to company standards and safety codes
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete daily reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Must provide your own tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (0 points) – will be required to drive company trucks once hired in permanently
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, gas lines, and electrical connections
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
