Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating our packaging machinery
Collaborate with team members in the packaging department
Handle and lift boxes weighing 40–50 lbs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Contribute to quality control and help achieve productivity targets


Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and take direction
High attention to detail, especially regarding quality control
Dependable with a positive attitude
Potential for advancement into management roles


Preferred (but not required) Skills:

Forklift license
Mechanical aptitude
Previous factory floor or team management experience
