💵 Pay: Starting at $14/hr & up (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to join our growing team! This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow — perfect for someone passionate about hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
If you have production experience, machine operation skills, and a mechanical mindset, we want to hear from you! Managerial experience is a plus, and we’re happy to train the right candidate! 🙌
🔧 Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain bakery production equipment 🛠️
• Assist with daily production schedules & meet targets 📅
• Weigh, cut, and handle 50–60 lbs of dough 🍞
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues ⚙️
• Keep your work area clean & organized 🧼
• Follow all safety protocols & procedures 🦺
• Support team and take on additional tasks as needed 🤝
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in production & machine operation 🏭
• Some supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) 👨🍳
• Basic mechanical ability 🔩
• Strong work ethic & dependability 💪
• Able to pass background check & drug screen ✔️
• A desire to learn, grow, and stay long-term 📈
