Food Production Associate – Temp-to-Hire

🕘 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
💲 $15.00 per hour
Are you ready to get your foot in the door with a great company? We’re hiring Food Production Associates for a growing food production facility in Newcomerstown, OH! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sort food items on the production line, removing defective products.
• Operate air suction tools to fill buckets (not heavy manual labor).
• Perform sanitation duties, including cleaning production lines to prepare for the next day.
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 60°F).
Even better—once you're hired on permanently, your pay increases to $17/hour!
