General Laborer

Mancan Staffing is in partnership with a warehouse in Weirton, WV seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer. Candidate will be responsible for running machinery, palletizing products, and operating both machines and forklifts. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items, stand for entire shift, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This is a temp to perm position that rotates across all 3 shifts, and starts at $17.00.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to assist in the production process.
Palletize and organize finished products for shipping.
Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain excellent communication with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift and move products.
Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift.
Experience with machine operation, forklift, and general warehouse tasks is a plus.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
