Mancan, in partnership with a respected and well-established equipment company in Cambridge, is seeking an experienced Accountant – Level 2 to join their growing team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and finance.
The position has a Monday through Friday 8a-5p schedule with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. Salary range is $45-$75,000 p/y BOE/Education.
Core Responsibilities:
* Equipment invoicing and billing
* Maintain records of sold equipment and customer files
* Sales tax and commission calculations
* Monthly bank payments and equipment settlements
* Cash forecasting
* Prepare journal entries and management reports
* Provide backup support for retail finance functions
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
* Experience using Tier 1 or equivalent ERP system
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Education:
* Required: College degree
* Preferred: Degree with a major in Accounting and plans to pursue CPA or CMA designation
