Mancan Staffing is looking for production associates for a metal plating company in Medina, OH that specializes in delivering high-quality surface finishing services. 1st shift 6a-2pm 2nd shift 2p-10pm $14/hr to start after 4 straight weeks of showing up without calls off, you will go to $15/hr.
Position Summary:
As a Production Support Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations by preparing, racking, and packing customer parts. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Carefully hang customer parts for processing, ensuring proper balance, load density, and protection of part quality
Test completed parts for coating thickness and verify they meet quality standards
Utilize downtime productively by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and keeping tools in proper working order
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth part flow through production
Properly pack finished customer parts to ensure safe and secure shipment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a manufacturing setting
Basic understanding of measurement tools (training provided if needed)
