Store Associate

Barberton Mancan is assisting a well known Akron food manufacturing company that is looking to hire a full time Store Associate.
Shift: M-F 7am-4pm, Sat 7a-12p
Must be able to work 3 Saturdays each month & the day before holidays- these are required shifts!
Pay Rate: $14.50/hr
Responsibilities:
• Prepares the Outlet Store for the day by filling display cases, filling orders, and folding boxes as needed.
• Compare sand totals all store items ordered from production versus items received.
• Lists all product available for customers to purchase; monitors item availability throughout the day.
• Greets and assists customers as they come into the store.
• Answers both wholesale and Outlet Store calls; directs and transfers calls as needed.
• Balances cash drawers to Square report each evening at close.
• Prepares Outlet Store for next day- stacks master boxes and product boxes, fills store freezer, etc.
• Adheres to all Food Safety and Quality procedures and reports any deficiencies to management immediately.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Basic math skills, computer skills, Office Suite including excel
• Strong verbal and written communication
