💰 Pay: $19–$22/hr (Discussed during interview)

🛠️ POSITION OVERVIEW:
Join our Assembly Team and help bring custom-designed industrial machinery to life! If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and building impressive machines—this is the role for you!
We’re looking for motivated individuals with experience in Millwright, Boilermaker, Auto Mechanics, or Machine Maintenance 🔩
✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
🔹 Assemble mechanical & electrical components based on blueprints and procedures
🔹 Cut, thread, drill, and maybe weld materials (metal & non-metal)
🔹 Test sub-assemblies using air or water checks
🔹 Hose & pipe pneumatic, hydraulic, and water-cooled equipment
🔹 Track and manage materials accurately via BOMs
🔹 Operate forklifts, cranes, and hand trucks
🔹 Keep your workspace clean and safe 🧼
🔹 Follow all safety rules 🚧
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
🔧 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
🔥 1+ year welding experience or valid welding cert
🪚 1+ year experience with cutting/threading/drilling
📘 Ability to read and interpret blueprints & BOMs
