🔧 JOB OVERVIEW:
Join our skilled team and work hands-on building and repairing coils, furnaces, inductors, transformers, and more for induction heating and melting systems 🔥
Use your craftsmanship to build from blueprints or hands-on comparisons, and take pride in assembling essential components for powerful industrial systems!
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
🔹 Build & repair coils, water-cooled leads, busswork, and transformers
🔹 Follow blueprints, verbal/written instructions—or replicate from existing products
🔹 Safely operate in a fast-paced industrial setting 🏭
🔹 Mix & install various refractories: dry vibe, wet ram, castable & plastic
🔹 Cut and install firebrick 🧱
🔹 Work with copper, brass, stainless steel, rigid fiberglass, wood & more
✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
🛡️ Comfortable working in hot, dusty, noisy industrial environments with exposure to fumes (welding, torches, refractory materials)
💪 Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
🌡️ Adaptable to working in changing conditions — hot, cold, loud, or smokey
