A local Cleveland paint company is looking for a Color Matching Technician!
1st Shift
Monday-Friday
7a-3:30p
$16+/hr BOE
You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently matching a wide variety of colors to meet customer specifications while ensuring quality and profitability. This role involves operating specialized equipment such as spectrophotometers, color matching software, and other tools to formulate, batch, and adjust colors as needed. The technician must handle materials carefully, maintain proper documentation, and support the coating department with precise batch production. Additionally, be committed to equipment maintenance, and providing flexible service to meet customer priorities, all while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE A KEEN EYE FOR COLOR!!!
Experience in a production-oriented environment
Excellent judgment and decision making skills
Good organizational skills
Problem Solving Skills
Must be able to bend, twist and stand for duration of shift
Must be about to lift 50lbs if required
Must be comfortable with the smell of paint/paint fumes
