Job Title: General Laborer – Steel Manufacturing
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment. This position involves hands-on work to support production, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.) and stand for long periods
Willingness to work in a hot, noisy, and physically demanding environment
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the production and processing of steel products
• Load and unload materials, operate basic machinery, and handle tools
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Forklift experience is a plus not required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Support machine operators, welders, or other skilled trades as needed
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
1st shift Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm work every other Saturday
Pay rate -based on experience
Resume based/interview required
Must be able to pass tape measure test (provided by Mancan)
