We are seeking a skilled and reliable painter to join our team and help maintain the quality of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential painting, including surface prep, interior/exterior painting, trim work, and clean-up.
🛠 Responsibilities:
• Prep and paint walls, ceilings, trim, and exteriors
• Patch and repair drywall as needed
• Ensure a clean and finished look in all units
• Work independently or with a small team to meet deadlines
✅ Requirements:
• Proven painting experience in residential or rental property settings
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
