Chardon Mancan is partnering with a reputable facility in Mentor seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker! This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in precision machining and fabrication.
💵 Pay: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with overtime opportunities
📍 Location: Mentor, OH
🔩 Job Duties:Operate Bridgeport mills, surface grinders, and other manual machinesBuild, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixturesRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform precise grinding and hand-fitting as neededTroubleshoot and modify tools to meet production needs
✅ Requirements:Minimum 2 years of Tool & Die experienceProficiency with Bridgeport machines and grindingStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
