### **Salesperson – Job Description**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused **Salesperson** to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for assisting customers throughout the car buying journey—from initial contact to final delivery—while following a proven negotiation and sales process. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, and a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with customers through email, text, and phone using inbound leads via dealership CRM/software.
* Follow a structured **Sales & Negotiation Process**.
* Engage customers in conversation to discover their needs, preferences, and buying motives.
* Match customer needs to appropriate vehicle models and features, presenting the vehicle accordingly.
* Offer and conduct test drives to enhance customer experience.
* Perform a full vehicle delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Conduct post-sale follow-up to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.
* Coordinate with the **Parts and Service Departments** to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
### **Compensation Package:**
* **\$2,000 Monthly Base Salary** (This is not a draw.)
* **Fast Start Bonuses:**
* \$300 Bonus for selling and delivering **2 vehicles by the 7th of the month**
* \$700 Bonus for selling and delivering **8 vehicles by the 15th of the month**
* **Lease Buyouts**: Not eligible for unit bonus but receive a **\$50 Courtesy Delivery Fee**
* **Monthly & Quarterly Sales Bonuses**
* **Unit Bonus Program** (Starting at 6th unit sold):
* Paid only if the following 3 conditions are met:
1. **Training & Requirements** are completed and up to date
2. **Net Promoter Score (NPS)** is 85% or higher
3. **App Registration Rate** is 85% or higher
*Note: Units 1-5 are not eligible for a Unit Bonus.*
Hours: Monday & Thurday 9a-8p
Tuesday & Wednesday 9a-6p
Friday 9a-6p
Saturday 9a-5p
Must work every Saturday and be off one day of the week.
### **Ideal Candidate Will Have:**
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
* Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency
* Willingness to complete required training and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
