A company in Cleveland is looking for a temporary skilled building Maintenance Technician to work for the next 2-3 weeks. This is a 1st shift position 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday and will be on call one weekend working Saturday and Sunday. The starting pay is based on experience.
You must be versatile in drywall repair, light plumbing, and electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our properties.
Electrical to replace light switches ,outlets ,gfci ,installed light fixtures drywall repair, light electrical, light plumbing, painting and other tasks that need completed in the housing facility.
Plumbing replacing Kit. Faucets ,Bath faucets .tub faucet with stems, install toilets, snake sinks, tubs, Replacing garbage disposals., Drywall repair and will be nice to know painting,
Carpentry work basic door knobs ,bi fold doors, door stoppers, mini blinds,
