Are you detail-oriented and ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on production environment? We're looking for a Plate Mounter to support our Printing Department by preparing printing plates for upcoming production runs.
Job Overview:
As a Plate Mounter, you’ll be responsible for mounting printing plates onto cylinders based on job specifications. This role is critical to ensuring quality and efficiency in our printing process.
What to Expect:
✅ Training on 12-hour day shifts for approximately 3–4 weeks
🌙 Transition to 12-hour night shifts after training
👃 Must be comfortable working in an environment with strong odors
🛠️ On-the-job training provided
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately mount plates onto cylinders for scheduled print jobs
• Follow job tickets and production schedules
• Inspect and ensure proper alignment and quality before production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
Requirements:
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to work nights after training
• Comfortable working around strong chemical or ink smells
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
