Looking for a hands-on job where you can build, create, and operate? Join our team as a Roll Forming Operator and bring steel to life! 💪⚙️
💵 Pay: $16.50/hr
🕒 Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
📅 Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (💼 Occasional OT on Fridays!)
✅ Interview & Resume Required
✅ Drug Test Required
What You’ll Be Doing 🔧📦
Set up and run roll forming equipment per product specs 🏗️
Adjust presses for different dies and products 🔩
Perform equipment checks before each shift ✅
Complete production paperwork accurately 📝
Keep an eye on quality – we take pride in our products 👀
Package and label finished goods 📦
Band and stack finished pallets for shipment 🚚
Keep your workspace clean and organized 🧼🧹
Operate a forklift for loading/unloading coils and moving materials 🏗️
Team up with maintenance when needed 🔧
What We’re Looking For 🧐
Mechanical mindset 🛠️
Able to read a tape measure 📏
Basic math skills ➕➖✖️➗
Experience that’ll help you shine:
Forklift experience (big plus!) 🚜
Manufacturing background 🏭
Physical Stuff 💪
Lift up to 60 lbs
Stand for 8+ hours a day
Move, bend, and flex throughout your shift 🤸
Use your hands for gripping, pushing, and pulling 👐
Get on/off forklifts as needed
