### 🔧 **Job Description – Plastic Extrusion Operator**
We're looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as **Plastic Extruder Operators**! You’ll help run machinery that shapes plastic into finished products. Experience is helpful but **not required** — we’ll train you! ✅
### 👷♂️ **What You’ll Do:**
1️⃣ Set speed & temperature on machines to get the right size, shape, and thickness ⚙️🔥
2️⃣ Change dies, adjust, and calibrate machinery for each setup 🔩📏
3️⃣ Fill boxes or roll up extruded products to specific lengths 📦🌀
4️⃣ Keep your work area clean and organized 🧼🧹
5️⃣ Work as a team to solve issues quickly and safely 🤝🚨
### 🗓️ **Shift Schedule (Rotates Every 2 Weeks):**
🌞 **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🌆 **Afternoon Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🌙 **Night Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
