A Twinsburg Manufacturing company is looking for a Wiring Assembly Board Builder.
$15/hour
2nd shift 2pm-10pm

Job Summary:
As an Assembly Board Builder, you will be responsible for the precise construction of assembly boards used in the production of wire harnesses. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the wire harnesses meet the exact specifications and quality standards required by our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct and maintain assembly boards for wire harness production, ensuring they meet design specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately place components on assembly boards.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot and refine assembly board designs.
Perform quality checks on assembly boards to ensure they are free of defects and ready for production use.
Organize and maintain inventory of assembly board components and tools.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide feedback on potential improvements to assembly board designs and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing or assembly work, particularly within the wire harness industry
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Basic computer skills for documenting quality checks and inventory management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
