Mancan Staffing in partnership with a reputable company in Byesville are looking for skilled and reliable Machine Operators with a proven track record in manufacturing. Candidates with a stable work history and experience operating machinery in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply. Candidates will be trained on day shift, unless a trainer is available on 3rd shift, in which case training may occur during that time. Employees assigned to the 3rd shift will receive a shift differential of $0.65 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery to meet production goals.
Utilize power/hand tools to assemble parts to produce high-quality HVAC products.
Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) to verify product specifications.
Conduct quality inspections, reporting defects or inconsistencies.
Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior experience with hands on product fabrication, including material processing and finishing required.
Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring instruments is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Must be safety and quality-conscious.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Shift Details:
Training on 1st Shift required (M-Th 6:00AM – 4:30PM) Once trained you will then move to the 3rd shift.
